Arvada Strategic Marketing specialises in the preparation and delivery of bespoke sales & marketing workshops. Arvada adopts a practical approach to Sales & Marketing Training, mixing the principles of marketing with workshop style exercises resulting in the ability to apply the various skills in the workplace. The courses are structured to encourage the maximum amount of interactivity; consisting of a classroom element making the use of presentation material and then applying the techniques learned to your own business by carrying out a number of practical exercises. These exercises are designed to provide the foundation for a tailored Strategic or Business Development Plan for your business.

Introduction to Product Management

Using its experience and expertise in International Product Management, Arvada Strategic Marketing has developed a series of training workshops for Product Managers to give them the ability to complement their product skills with various marketing techniques. The one-day course is designed to cover key aspects and create awareness of the tools available to apply an effective product marketing strategy.

The objectives of the course are:

  • To complement the high level of technical skills within an organisation, with various Marketing techniques and help create True Product Champions
  • To give a general awareness of Marketing principles, methods and techniques
  • To apply them specifically to your company

Product Management Acadamy

Using its experience and expertise in International Product Management, Arvada Strategic Marketing has developed a series of training modules for Product Managers to give them the ability to complement their product skills with various marketing techniques and apply them to their own area of responsibility.

The objectives of the academy are:

  • To complement the high level of technical skills within an organisation, with various Marketing techniques and create True Product Champions
  • To give a general awareness of Marketing principles, methods and techniques
  • To apply them specifically to your company and provide support
  • To develop a strategic plan with each delegate

The academy consists of six half-day modules and each delegate is provided with a series of handouts and templates to support the presentation material.

The courses take place either on your premises or at a location of your choice on three single days separated by a period of 1-2 weeks to facilitate the assignments. Telephone & e-mail support is available to all delegates during the assignments and for 3 months afterwards.
