The workshop is tailored to your individual company needs and takes place either on your premises or at a location of your choice. The workshop is designed for up to 10 delegates and each delegate is provided with a series of handouts and templates to support the presentation material.

In addition we will produce the finished draft plan (prepared during the workshop) presenting it to the company and delegates in a bound format.

Product Management Academy

The objectives of the academy are:

  • To complement the high level of technical skills within an organisation, with various Marketing techniques and create True Product Champions

The academy consists of six half-day modules and each delegate is provided with a series of handouts and templates to support the presentation material.
